We're going backward in time here. A week ago, we went to Baltimore Canyon, in Marin County. A fun hike, we walked a ridge line as we were told we may see some fall colors. We didn't, but it was a good hike nonetheless. We killed time in Sausalito after the hike.

My favorite part of the hike was walking down the fire road and getting passed by a teen-aged girl whizzing by on her bike while talking on her phone. A well-heeled local lady out for a stroll noticed as well.

"'It's all about me,'" she said sarcastically. "Welcome to Marin County."

I bet this young lady talks/texts on phone while driving a car also. It seems to me talking on a phone while riding a bike down a trail would be even more dangerous; but, then, they are immortal, you know!
