I'm not sure Macklin understands this parent-child relationship just yet. Yesterday we walked into our townhouse and past the kitty litter, which smelled. Macklin went on to play for a few minutes, then turned around to talk to me.
MACKLIN: Daddy, come here for a second.
CHARLES (coming closer): yes?
MACKLIN: I have a little job for you: clean the kitty litter.
Oh thanks, kid.

Let's see---in regard to taking responsibility for household chore, might I say that it looks like the apple has not fallen too far from the tree:)
I love, love, love that photo of him. What a grown up boy we have.
The haircut sure makes him look grown up.
